Modern, cosy und comfortable
All our rooms are equipped petentous. Light colors are dominating and the lack of smelly carpets is creating a pleasant climate. Your room has a modern TV with cable, there is Deutsche-Welle-TV and sometimes you can watch english or german football live. The mini-bar is integrated and free for personal use.
Prices
The prices are between 600 to 900 Baht per Night and Room. Discounts for off-season or long-stay is possible. You won't find no rooms in Cha-am which offer the same quality for these prices.

It goes without saying that all rooms have an individual air-con. 6 rooms have beach view and 4 of them a balcony. If you need more space, you can use our roof terrace. There you find tables, chairs, deck chairs and even a small shower. There is a sun protection as well.
Two of the balcony rooms are equipped with a sleeping couch. That's what your kids will like!
For your comfort
In small hotels and guesthouses you often have to make compromises with the sanitary installations.
NOT at our place!
Inside the spacious bathroom there is cold and hot water, the installations are build by swiss standards and working. After the shower there is NO flooded bathroom floor. To achieve this we have installed modern and hygenic shower cabins.
We don't need to mention the daily supply of fresh towels.
